Karine
Bourcart-Knight
Karine
Bourcart was born in Geneva Switzerland. She studied Interior
design in Paris (Nissim Camondo). In 1976 Karine began living
in Mexico, where she studied tapestry gobelin technique and natural
dyes.
Karine
has gone through 10 years of individual and group psychoanalysis.
Along with a group of other parents, she was a co-creator of a
primary school in Tepoztlan, Mexico. She lived for two years in
a yogi community with her two children, practicing yoga and crystal
meditation. She created the first alternative restaurant in Tepoztlan
in 1977, "La Luna Mextli." Later, as a chef, she creatively
blended French and Mexican cooking at "La Mesa Karina."
In
her search for transformation, Karine discovered HR in Upstate
New York, where she studied with Chloe Wordsworth. In the first
year, she took 19 seminars and became a Practitioner and Teacher
of HR. In 1996, Karine brought HR techniques to Mexico where she
has created a strong HR community. She is one of the founders
of the HR Association in Mexico Associacion Educativa de
Transformacion de Patrones Holograficos AC. Karine is responsible
for the supervision of the translation of all the HR books into
Spanish and French. In addition, she is Chloe Wordsworth's representative
for Latin America.
Karine
has two children: a son, Ariel Margolis, and a daughter, Yael
Margolis de Sanchez, as well as a grandchild, Arela. Karine loves
to work with all the ways to practice HR, including individual,
couples, families, groups, and with the corporate world. She is
married to Jim Knight, a HR practitioner, and together they lead
couples workshops.
